Delivery & Payment

All orders placed before 2pm GMT during Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be packed, processed and despatched on the same day. Any orders placed after 2pm will be packed and shipped on the next business day. 

All parcels are sent via Australia Post. Delivery times vary depending on location (normally 3-7 business days). Local pick-up (by appointment) is also possible. Shipping to new zealand 3-10 business days via Airmail. Shipping to other locations 7+ days (strongly depending on local customs). Shipping costs for locations other than Australia are fixed. Free shipping only applies to Australian orders.

We will provide you with a link to track your package online through Australia Post. 

Payment will be through PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account. Major credit cards are accepted through PayPal. You can also pay via direct deposit/bank transfer. Cash on pick-up is accepted. Paypal/Credit Card only for New Zealand, USA, Canada, South Africa, and United Kingdom. 

Please note that you are fully liable for any import charges/customs duty/GST charges that might arise once the parcel enters your country. We cannot mark parcels as a "gift" or lower value than actual purchase price as this is illegal. Please inform yourself about your local customs fees before buying from this website. Should the parcel be returned to us by customs as unclaimed, we cannot refund any initial (actual*) postage costs and will have to charge you for return airmail postage.

*Actual postage fees can be higher than postage charged upon ordering as a part of the postage cost is included in the item price. 

We are not responsible for any postage delays once the order has been handed over to the postal organisation for transport. Any delays are out of our control once the item has been handed over to Australia Post (or courier service). Transit times are strictly estimates/averages and we cannot promise that your item will arrive within that specified timeframe.

THERE’S A PROBLEM WITH MY ITEM OR I HAVE CHANGED MY MIND

If you think you might have received a faulty product please contact us within 3 days of receipt of goods and we will arrange return shipping. Due to the nature of the product and health & safety regulations we can not allow return of used hair brushes. Only originally sealed (never opened or used) brushes will be accepted and can be returned within 7 days of receipt.

Returns: We hope that you enjoy your recent purchase. In the event that you are unhappy for any reason with your online purchase, please follow the directions below for website returns. 

Due to the nature of the product and health & safety regulations we can not allow return of used hair brushes. In the case that you are returning a product because it arrived damaged/faulty, please let us know within 3 days of receipt and we will gladly pay for eventual return shipping charges and send you a replacement. If your order is missing merchandise or you receive the wrong merchandise, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order, so we can start the claims process promptly. However, delays in reporting the problem will complicate the process and may result in the denial of your claim. If you choose local pick-up as a delivery method it is your responsibility to check upon pick-up that your order is correct, undamaged, and not missing any merchandise. Change of mind returns are possible within 7 days of receipt for unopened and originally sealed (unused) brushes. No return postage or original postage costs ($7.45 which is included in the item price) can be refunded for change of mind returns.

All products ordered on this site must be paid in advance. We are not responsible for any payment error occuring during checkout process due to issues related to our payment providers.
